Yesterday I got up at 5am, took a shower and felt very uncomfortable, lied on yoga mat and sinked into negativity.
It was sooooo hard to breathe.
This has happened to me since I was a high school student..
I managed to go to office and somehow felt better. Just live a day. Just observe myself. let everything to the God.
After coming back to home I took a bath, cooked brown rice and could practiced yoga for an hour :)
This morning also I could practice yoga .
Reading abt career oriented ppl sometimes makes me scared. What is my strategy in life ?
Just let it go again and live the day .
