Most works of maiko san put at the first floor had green or blue eyes and pink hair... With vivid colors of backgrounds.
It seems to be reflecting the view of Western ppl?
Eyes are bigger than actual persons's ones, some kind of idealized dolly impression?

It's bit more like Japanese one, with black hair. but still eyes are green
