地区センターや公民館的なもの。主にアイヌの方のために作られたようだ。札幌にも白老にもあった。
We visited the Seikatsu kan(kind of community center mainly for Ainu) in Shiraoi, where Ainu root people gather to learn Ainu traditional embroidery.
It was located in the area where many Ainu people live.
The members of the group were so kind, offered me a cup of coffee n a piece of kasutera cake, just like grandmas.
We met 5-6 ladies who are maybe in their 50-60s.
They were talking about...
Ppl would think the government is putting much money to Ainu but actually most of the budget for upopoy is used for the big enterprises like Dentsu or something... who designed the museum...
Hmmmm.
Shiraoi town Hall is not working well compared to Nibutani....
Maybe I'm also complaining to my current situation in a similar way.
I would focus on what I can do...
