Ainu cuisines are so attractive
- They don't waste the material
-Foods are important entry point to know the culture -> good for business too !!!
- Ainu dishes include many vegetables and fishes with gentle taste...they eat wild millets and wild vegetables. ( I found other Hokkaido dishes are too salty!?)
Food can be easier to access for the tourists. It can be cheaper than clothes or embroidery which can be more than 200,000 jpy...
Have a sense of marketing...
I felt the dishes in Hokkaido is too salty or sweet but Ainu dishes look more healthy😋
