やりたくないことは何だろう??
A new staff started working with us in July.
2 months…might be a difficult timing ??
She maybe found many issues or points to be improved
My senior and boss are not that interested in our business?!
Totally not good at managing!?
So I somehow gave up and have been doing whatever I can do…
Trying not to work hard…
Then the new staff sometimes make questions to us, but only I can answer… kind of personalized?
It is a bit frustrating…
I was thinking I am doing well but maybe I aslo did not ment her expectation!?
It was good to know that.
So… what she wants???????

When I said you are already doing well and I can understand what happened,,,,
Then she said because she took so much time to do that…

Is she listening to me? She needs to BE LISTENED.
