3 essential things to consider in the prototyping stage of the typical Design Thinking process.

Three essential things to be considered in the prototyping stage of the Design Thinking process are :

(1)Just build with SHORT time,

(2) Remember what would be TESTED and

(3)Keep the USER in mind.

(1)Just build with SHORT time
By creating a prototype it would be easier to think about the idea in a concrete manner, and gain insights to improve the idea.
It's important not to spend too much time to avoid gettingemotionally attached with  the idea, which would hamper the ability to objectively judge its merits.

(2)Remember what would be TESTED
One of the important purposes of prototyping is to test a issue. Also prototyping would give other lessons which should not be missed.

(3)Keep the USER in mind
In order to improve the ideas, it's important to learn the gaps in expectations and realities.
Testing the prototype against expected user behaviours and user needs would help you to do that.
