めっちゃTuck Your Tailboneといってた
タック‥‥いれこむ?と思ったけど、
シャツのタックインとか、
ピンと伸ばす感じ。かな。
You may have been told in class to tuck/scoop/lengthen your tailbone.
it's at the very base of your spine and is also known as the coccyx. "KOK-siks."
こくしっくす!
Maybe you’ve heard your teacher tell you to
“lengthen your tailbone down to the ground”
when you're standing at the top of your mat in tadasana, mountain pose.
Maybe you've also had no idea what that meant. But that's okay!
The purpose of scooping, tucking, or doing anything of that nature to your tailbone is to create space and length between the vertebrae (vur-tuh-bree. 脊椎)of the spine and restore its natural curves so it can bear the weight of your body like it was meant to.
Scoopもアイスをすくう、みたいな、空間をつくる感じかなぁ
空間!大事!
So What Exactly Does "Tuck Your Tailbone" Mean, Anyway? | mindbodygreen
