When I’m under extreme stress, I find it physically impossible to keep my spine straight.
In those moments, I sit cross-legged but end up leaning my torso forward.
Sometimes the stress is so overwhelming that I can’t sit at all and have to lie down.
How should I approach my meditation practice in these situations?"

そこまでとりあえず練習頑張りたいよ~
瞑想は楽しい楽しくないに執着せずできるけど
ヨガの練習はなんか楽しいとか達成感に執着しがち
気持ちよくできるといいよね

relax the mind
do not put too much stress and pressure
