それだけだとよくありそうだけど、
オーナー的な人、
話を聞いていたら面白そう…

1 Chinese
1 Taiwanese
- All of them applied via wantedly
They are interested in Japan but not Tokyo
It is kind o Niche
Initially I felt fuzzy..
but he has a philosophy.
Why do you use Devnagali?
- If you trace the ORIGIN you reach India... including Philosophy
That is so true!!
When I was a high school student India philosophy was not popular but nowadays the importance of philosophy is increasing
- Fuji Kaze & Lingo Shiina are also using Devnagali
Lingo has used Sitar even before stariting Tokyo Jihen

Those who just ride on the opportunities created by existing program don't have enough power to create something new..

IN FACT it is profitable
Urban life is stupid and UNREASONABLE...lol

Permaculture is actually reasonable
Utilize whole plants
Don't push "ethical", actually utilizing local things is Economically Reasonable.
ex)Throw away the peel of Daikon Radish or make a pickle?

Just gather the clients who like us
Is it profitable? is not the right question.
How can we make it profitable? is important
To be honest we are strategic.
We don't exclude people with tattoos for using hotsprings
but we don't offer alchohol and meals are all vegan.
Then eventually invisibly only those who fit us would come
Making rules might be easy and not wise. It is kind of unreasonable.
The number of clients might be small but even our target is minority, when they are gathered, there are enough.

いえ、実は経済合理性高い。
大根の皮捨てるか？ピクルスにして売るか？
ただ、ある意味リッチな人の道楽という面を超えていない？
今、適切に配分されていない人、活躍の場に出あっていない人が
こういう文化に触れて、こころ的にも豊かに、
経済的にも必要なラインまで豊かになれたら素敵だと思うかなぁ。
