かんたんヘルシー💓こんにゃくの柚子胡椒ポン酢あえ
■材料
*こんにゃく1枚
*ポン酢適量
*柚子胡椒小さじ1/2くらい
■Ingredients
*a konjak; a konnyaku 1 package
:paste made from konjak flour; jelly‐like food made from the starch of devil's tongue.
*Ponzu vinegar
*Yuzu pepper:1/2 tea spoon
condiment paste made from yuzu zest and chili peppers (chile)
■作り方
1)こんにゃくを茹でて、アク抜きし、
2センチ×2センチ×4ミリくらいにカット
2)ポン酢に柚子胡椒小さじ1/2くらいを入れて混ぜる
3)こんにゃくを加えて混ぜ、しばらく置いてなじませる
■how to cook
1) put konjak in boiled water to remove astringent taste. Then cut it into the square shape of 2cm*2cm*4mm(roughly)
2)put 1/2 of yuzu pepper into ponzu vinegar n stir
3) put konjak into the mixed condiment n leave for a while to bring out its flavor
