Yoga is part of lives

 

Tonight  re-realised that yoga is important part of my life and for yours also, probably.

 

I practiced Yoga after 3 weeks absence.
These days I felt exhausted, reluctant, sleepy in the morning and somehow active at night...:(
One reason might be TV programmes! 

So many news on suicide and sooo much manipulated information. ..
Of course natural anxiety for next stage is also coming and leaving at times..

 

After basic asana  I felt my life is Ok as it is :)
Before I went to India, I had one month leave after I left my job in Tokyo.  During that time I could join yoga sessions twice a week. It was maybe very helpful to keep my mental balance.

 

Today's teacher said he had met the great teacher in kyoto. I said that some yogini matches to some students.  But he said his teacher was someone overwhelmed that kind of affinity, or Aisho,  in Japanese.
That teacher made him feel relaxed just talking the normal things ...;)
I thought I also want to BE like that.

Will resume practicing yoga & meditation again :)
And also wanna try Reiki and Hiking ;)
