デリーでゲストハウスを開いた方のお話を聞きに＆見学に行った。
インドに転職する際に、ゲストハウス計画を持ってきてたそうだ。
おもしろいのが、雇用されて仕事を続けながら週末にゲストハウスをされてるということ。
だから、お金の心配せずに楽しくできる。
彼のスタイルは、私が想像していたゲストハウスとはちょっと違ってて、
週末シェアハウス feat. Airbnb、みたいな感じ。
本人も同じ家に住んでいて、キッチンは共用。
そして、90％自力ってこと。
家具を買ったり、掃除したり（！）、予約の管理したり、
誰も雇っていないし、パートナーもいないそう。
理由はご自身の描いているものを作りたかったから。
ソーシャルビジネスのビジコンだとチームで参加を促している印象があるけど、
あえて一人でやるっていうのも力強く進めるひとつの方法なのかもと思った。
こんなのがいいなーっていうイメージの写真を、
ゲストハウスを作る過程からアップされていて、
ビジュアルイメージのかけらを集めるのって大事だなと思った。
にしても1泊800ルピー。安い。
不動産も買われていて、そこは弁護士の力も借りたそう。
誰が信用できるかって、結局はコミュニケーションとり始めてからの相手の対応で分かる、っておっしゃてて、当たり前といえば当たり前だけど、そうだよなぁ、としみじみ感じた。
されていることは結構大胆なのに、語り口は淡々と落ち着いていて、
そのギャップがまた魅力的に思ったのでした。

I visited the guest house opened recently.
The owner had plan to enterprise the guest house even before he got his current job here in India.
Yes, he continue being employed as a sales person in a manufacturing company and running his own guest house on weekends.
I have never thought of that way! We can enjoy freedom with flexible ideas..
He can enjoy providing what he want without worrying about income.
Another interesting point is he does almost 90% of the task,including buying furniture, cleaning for the guest and managing reservations
He doesn't employ anyone nor have any business partner.
"It is because he hasn't found anyone he can rely on" "Also I want to make what 'I' imagine" he mentioned.
It seems he minimize the managing cost.
In my impression, in many business model competition, making team is recommended.
However, doing everything alone can be one way to accomplish the work without being bothered by other people.
I guess it can be done after well research though.
He has uploaded some pictures on SNS, explaining how is his ideal image of his guest house.
That is nice way to shape ideas.
He bought a house for this business. How brave he is!!
He consulted lawyers for purchase.
He said, he can know if the person is reliable or not after observing how the counterpart reply/react to him.
That's true...
What he does is drastic. Bur how he speak is coolly. This gap also make him somehow attractive.
