・自分に何もできないって感じるかもしれないけど、必ずそこで自分ができることがある
・さそわれたら、とりあえずついていってみる
・ポジションを大事に考えている面があるので、タイトルをつけて評価することでモチベートされる
・相手のプライドを大切に、丁寧に接する
・目上の人をうやまう
・実力が足りているかは別として(笑)自信を持つ
・あせってごまかすときはしゃべるのが早い人もいる
・口約束よりメールで残す
・もらっているお金に対しての分だけ仕事をするっていう感覚が、日本より強いかも
・営業するときにおもうこと・・・売れるものをつくっているはず。

What I felt when I talked with those who had worked in India with multi cultural environment, and a person who works in German company.
●you might feel “ i cannot do anything” but even in that time there are something you can do.
●when you are invited, just go!
●Bartiya tend to value their position, title so giving appropriate title is important in managing
●be polite, show respect for their pride
●respect those who are in higher position or older than you
●be confident (regardless of your actual skill!?)
●some ppl speak so quickly when they are in a hurry or impatient. So just keep calm, you dont need to infuluenced by other ppl’s impatience.
●make evidence, record. Write important things in email or documents instead of just telling in a verbal way.
●Japanese people tend to work for more than the money they receive.
●sales might be difficult job but the company makes what is necessary in society.
